Tekka Place 2020 Feng Shui Assessment Period 8.
Happened to pass by recently around this part of Singapore. Noticed this place completed and operational. Being inquisitive, I took up my hp and decided to read this place ‘Chi” as in Feng Shui angle.

This is a mark of true heros with foresight to bring their shareholders interests forward. No venture, no gain.
Their timings, financial muscles, holding tenacity, and foresight should be in the waiting for a good harvest to come.
Final confirmation with our neighbouring Country’s leaders on the go-ahead of the delayed Fast Rail project should add a much needed boost to calm panic.
According to our URA Masterplan 2008 on the 2nd CBD district at Jurong East Region is taking form with more Commercial & Residential housing taking shape.
The Jurong Region Lines (MRT ) linking Choa Chu Kang towards Jurong East MRT station and ending in Jurong Industrial estate.
And many more positive factors in the pipelines.
My conclusion –
Exterior factors, besides fengshui orientations, has beneficial effects in the long-term vibrancy and prosperity of this project.

Awesome – Cambodia
Just added, another happy client from Cambodia.
Chinese metaphysics like fengshui, Qimen, Bazi ( 风水，奇门， 八子 ) can be remotely consulted.

Wow, I had a fruitful tele-conversation with a Customer from Cambodia recently. A housewife turned successful career lady in land-related activities and Investments. If you have keen interests to invest in Cambodia, I may be of help to link you guys up.
We coordinated well, went through her BAZI chart to iron out her problems that are bordering her.
From her BAZI chart, certain fault-lines are identified, that are causing her the issues she is facing.
I am most glad to identify the root that cause her chest-pain condition, and deteriorating health.
Other too much money-related problems are easy to eradicate. All whom have excess money know what I am talking about.
Nowadays, it is hard to come by, for people to show appreciation. I am thankful for this appreciative customer’s gesture. She wrote me back a Complimentary Letter, although short & sweet. It touches many hearts….

What I learnt, practising FengShui ( Form & Formulae school ), QiMen and Bazi. My job on hand is to help clients with their consultations.
All thoughts were focusing on good happy prosperous outcomes.
Like prosperous house.
Striking it rich with fengshui.
Know what to do, what not to do with predictions.
But also negative ones, they come by too…..
We were trained to do forecast on situations when it calls for. Be it happy and unhappy scenarios as in 奇门盾甲.
I received a call from a friend on 18th of a certain month in 2019. She told me her sister health condition took a dive and was rushing to the hospital. (certain life threatening medical condition)
I did a 奇门盾甲 divination and the answer was bad.
I stopped short of informing my friend my prediction/forecast result.
On the 19th… in the afternoon, she called and informed her sister state looks bad.
Then I spill the beans and told her to pray for the sister to go to a better place in her next life….
……..In the evening
My friend called to inform her sister passing….
Let’s pray for her family during this grieving period…
Om ma ne pad me hum……
I just learned…
We train for happy occassions mostly…
We are not prepared for such event like this….

“Errrr” Singapore held Our Heads High – The True Story
Singapore Ho Ching ‘Errrr’ facebook comments done us proud.
She carried her weights with flair and stature….Our 2 mask production lines in Taiwan were handicapped by Taiwan’s restrictions on exports of masks overseas. Hampering our urgent need to send masks back to Spore to save lives.
We had no choice but to dismantle our 2 masks production lines in Taiwan and ship them back to Spore to start saving lives.
It was a further delay of over a month that our govt is hand-tied to save lives.
Lives are, and still is…. at state….
We have to thanks our friends from Taiwan to test our resolve in critical times like these never face by mankind in history.
We stand with our heads high on the World’s stage…..We have just proven we are bigger than life…. from a tiny little city state….. called Singapore….

Many parts on earth tonight, we will be witnessing a Blood Moon eclipse.
According to fengshui knowledge, it is better to avoid watching the complete eclipse. We regard it as a bad Omen.
Up, to you to believe.
