This is a mark of true heros with foresight to bring their shareholders interests forward. No venture, no gain.

Their timings, financial muscles, holding tenacity, and foresight should be in the waiting for a good harvest to come.

Final confirmation with our neighbouring Country’s leaders on the go-ahead of the delayed Fast Rail project should add a much needed boost to calm panic.

According to our URA Masterplan 2008 on the 2nd CBD district at Jurong East Region is taking form with more Commercial & Residential housing taking shape.

The Jurong Region Lines (MRT ) linking Choa Chu Kang towards Jurong East MRT station and ending in Jurong Industrial estate.

And many more positive factors in the pipelines.

My conclusion –

Exterior factors, besides fengshui orientations, has beneficial effects in the long-term vibrancy and prosperity of this project.
